[Hub] Last Modified date is not updated when project is on a external Veracrypt drive
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project on an external Veracrypt drive
2. Open it and make some changes
3. Save and close the project
4. Open Unity Hub again
5. Inspect "Last Modified" date
Expected results: "Last Modified" date is updated
Actual results: "Last Modified" date is not updated
Reproducible with: 2.1.0
