[HUB] Foldout lines in "Add modules" window should be hidden
To reproduce:
1. Open HUB
2. Go to "Installs" menu
3. Click on a cog icon in any installed build section
4. Select "Add modules"
5. Verify that "Add modules" window opens
6. Observe at "Platforms" section
Expected Result: Foldout lines under "Android Build Support" label should be hidden. More info: [Foldouts|https://unityeditordesignsystem.unity.com/components/foldout] or [Tree View|https://unityeditordesignsystem.unity.com/components/tree-view]
Actual Result: Foldout lines are visible

Resolution Note:
This currently works as designed to indicate submodules being installed together with the selected module. The flow will be reconsidered in the future redesign of the Hub.
