[Hub] Editor installation process doesn't finish and times out when installing it to a USB drive
How to reproduce:
1. Plug in a USB drive
2. Open Unity Hub
3. Open the Preferences window
4. Set the Unity Editor Folder path to the USB drive
5. Go to the Installs tab
6. Click ADD and install any Editor version
Expected result: the Editor installs successfully
Actual result: the Editor gets downloaded but it remains stuck in the "Installing" state until the process times out
Reproducible with: 2.3.2, 2.4.2
Notes:
-If the installation is canceled manually after an hour or more, the Editor that is left is launchable but incomplete with a lot of files missing
-If enough time is given, Hub will log a message that the operation timed out and will clean up the USB drive successfully
-install-log.json doesn't contain any errors or warnings about the installation failure
