Hub doesn't auto update to the newest Beta when production Channel is set to Beta
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced
- Set "Channels" to Beta
- Restart Hub
Actual results: Hub doesn't update to the newest Beta (3.15.4-beta.1 at this time)
Expected results: Hub updates to the newest Beta
Reproducible with versions: 3.15.3
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.7.2
