Hub crashes on load when there's a reference to a project on an inaccessible drive
Steps to reproduce:
1. On macOS, use Boot Camp Assistant to create a Windows 10 partition 'Data' using exFAT formatting (instructions: "https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201468")
2. Boot into Windows
3. Open Hub and create a new project on the 'Data' partition
4. Close this project
5. Reboot into macOS
6. Observe that the 'Data' partition is mounted to macOS
7. Launch Parallels (https://www.parallels.com) to boot into Windows within macOS
8. Open Hub on Windows
Expected result: Hub launches
Actual result: Hub crashes
Reproducible with: 3.1.2
