[Hub] Build support tooltips of Hub gets clipped for builds in bottom row
For the builds displayed in the bottom row of Hub, the tooltips displayed for them get clipped. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Unity Hub
2) Installs > Hover over the build supports in the bottom row
Actual result: Build support tooltips get clipped
Expected result: Build support tooltips should not get clipped
Occurring on Hub version: 2.4.0 beta, 2.3.2, 2.3.1, 2.2.2
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
