[HoloLens] PhotoCapture.StartPhotoModeAsync callback is never called when using Live Preview
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "913914.zip"
2. Build "test" scene for UWP (make sure to enable Webcam and Microphone options in publishing settings)
3. Open VS solution
4. Deploy to HoloLens device
5. Observe photo capture: StartPhotoModeAsync callback is successfully called
6. Stop debugging and exit application
7. Open web browser and start Live Preview
8. On HoloLens run the installed application (photo-capture-test)
9. Observe photo capture
Actual result: StartPhotoModeAsync callback is never called when Live Preview is on
Note: if StartPhotoModeAsync is put in try/catch - no exception is thrown
Reproducible with: 5.5.3p3, 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b8

Also have same issue. Really is annoying since it disables us to do live demos.
