[UWP] set_selection throws ArgumentOutOfRangeException
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Keyboard.zip" project
2. Build to UWP
3. Open the solution in Visual Studio -> Deploy it to HoloLens 2 (debug and ARM64)
4. Note that the keyboard shows up on HoloLens 2 -> Check the Visual Studio output Window
Expected result: No errors appear
Actual result: Error "ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Selection is out of range" appears
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1

I working to backport the fix to 2019 LTS as quickly as possible.

Hey guys, if possible can we get this fixed in Unity 2019.4 first? Most of the people experiencing this issue will be working with the HoloLens 2 and relying on Legacy XR which is in 2019.4. Much appreciated.
