[HLAPI] Using SceneManager to load a scene after the server start disables all of scene's existing objects with NetworkIdentity
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached project
2. play scene 'Main'
Expected: Online scene has Cube GameObject synced over network
Actual: Cube gets disabled
note:
- it works if you load the scene before starting host
- setting the client as ready does not solve this
Reproduced: 5.5.0b7, 5.4.1p2, 5.3.6p6
