High CPU usage when the Hosting window is open
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1345708.zip' project
2. Open the Task Manager
3. Observe the Editor's CPU usage
4. Open Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Hosting
5. Observe the CPU usage
Expected result: The CPU usage is <1%
Actual result: The CPU usage grows rapidly
Reproducible with: Addressables 1.16.9 (2019.4.28f1), 1.18.9 (2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.1.0b2, 2022.1.0a1)
Not reproducible with: Addressables 1.18.9 (2018.4.36f1)
Note:
- The issue doesn't reproduce when the Hosting window is empty
- The issue is not reproducible with other windows
