#1 Resize hierarchy window big enough to display multi columns - > Add new Columns -> Actual results: new columns are hidden (not reproduced with mac)
#2 Delete key to delete node not working on linux
#3 minor style difference with drag and drop

Latest issues
- Out-of-bounds memory access with multiple CanvasRenderers under a Canvas when using Mesh API
- Inspector tries to access file after it was deleted when the file was locked in Inspector window
