Hierarchy does not highlight the GameObject with a blue color when pressing the "F" key with the cursor hovering the Hierarchy
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Select the “Cube” GameObject in Scene view
4. Press “F” Key with the cursor over the Hierarchy
5. Observe the Hierarchy window
Expected result: The Scene view focuses on GameObject and highlights it with a blue color in Hierarchy
Actual result: Scene view focuses on GameObject
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
