[Hierarchy] Capacity ArgumentOutOfRangeException when creating new object in hierarchy if project is empty
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Create a cube
3. Notice error in console
ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Argument is out of range.
Parameter name: capacity
