HideFlags.DontSaveInBuild doesn't hide properties fields in Prefabs
How to reproduce:
1. Open given Unity project
2. Check GameObject and GameObject(1) (GameObject is a prefab)
Expected result: In GameObject bool field "Include in Build" should be hidden. Because of Comment.cs
Actual result: Bool field is visible in GameObject when Comment.cs it's added to prefab
Reproducible with: 5.5.5p1, 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p4, 2017.3.0f1, 2018.1.0a7
