Help link breaks when opening reference page in Physics 2D settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Navigate to Physics 2D settings (Edit > Project Settings… > Physics 2D)
3. Click the help (?) icon in the top right corner of the settings window
4. Observe the opened page
Expected result: The correct Unity Manual page opens
Actual result: Broken Unity Manual page (404 error) opens
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Fixed by another internal issue: UUM-102131: 2D Physics Document Webpage is Missing
