[HDRP][XR] VR packages are not installed when VR is activated in HD render pipeline wizard
VR packages are not installed when VR is activated under HDRP+VR in HD render pipeline wizard. Since 2020.1.0a19 legacy VR packages have been removed and new XR plugin management packages are not being installed when VR is activated. Refer the attached screenshot
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project with HDRP template
2) Window > Render Pipeline > HD Render Pipeline Wizard
3) Select HDRP+VR > Fix VR activated
4) Window > Package Manager > In Project
Actual result: No VR packages are installed even when VR is activated
Expected result: Even if legacy XR packages have been deprecated, new XR plugin management packages should be installed when VR is activated
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a21, 2020.1.0a19
Working fine on: 2020.1.0a18, 2019.3.0f6
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
