HDRP Wizards API Reference buttons have no padding on their right side
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create an HDRP Project
# Open the HDRP Wizard (Window > Rendering > HDRP Wizard)
# Observe the question mark buttons on the right side of the panel labels
# Hover the cursor over them
*Actual results:* When the buttons are hovered over, the highlight obviously shows that there is no padding on the right of the buttons and some of the highlight is cut off
*Expected results:* When hovering cursor over the buttons, the highlight is the same width on both sides of the button
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.24f1
*Can’t test with versions:* 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1 (Different HDRP Wizard UI)
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 11
