HDRP Wizard displays an Issue with Runtime resources after Populate / Reset button for Default Resources was pressed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Template project
2. Click Window -> Render Pipeline -> Render Pipeline Wizard
3. Click the "Populate / Reset" button next to the Default Resources Folder field
4. Observe that the HDRP Wizard detects several issues after Default Resources were reset
5. Click the "Fix All" button
Expected result: All issues are shown as resolved in the Render Pipeline Wizard window
Actual result: Render Pipeline Wizard window displays an issue with the Runtime resources
Reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.27, 10.2.0(2020.2.0b14), 11.0.0(2021.1.0a8)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.1(2019.4.16f1), 8.3.1(2020.1.16f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4(HDRP was in early preview)
Notes:
1. Closing and Re-opening the Project does resolve the issue
2. Pressing the "Fix" button next to Runtime resources entry does not resolve the issue
3. Closing and Re-opening the Render Pipeline Wizard window does not resolve the issue
