[HDRP][VT] Changing LOD level in node settings removes output port
Steps to repro:
1. create a new shader graph
2. add a VT sample node
3. select Graph Inspector > Node settings tab
4. change LOD mode dropdown
Expected: LOD mode changes and output port remains
Actual: LOD mode changes but output port is lost
Repro: 2020.2.0a21.2837 + HDRP 10.0.0-preview.27
Notes:
- workaround is to close and reopen graph
- if the output port was previously connected to something, the connection is deleted and will need to be manually re-added after re-opening the graph
