[HDRP] Volume debug panel doesn't update automatically
Reproduces on: 2022.1.0a14 + Master
Does not reproduce on: 2020.3.19f1 + 10.6
Steps to reproduce:
0) Open attached project or simply made a scene with few volumes that alter camera exposure
1) Open Window -> Analysis -> Rendering Debugger -> Volume
2) Set component to Exposure and choose Editor Camera
3) Move camera into box volumes and back to the global one
4) Observe that debug window updates only when you move a mouse over it
