[HDRP][VFX] Output mesh with default shader is incorrectly sorted before the HDRP fog
Version tested: 2022.2.0a15 + Visual Effect Graph 14.0.3 (From Packman)
Steps to repro:
1) Open attached project or simply create a new HDRP outdoor template and place a VFX with mesh output there
2) Toggle fog volume component and observe that mesh is being rendered before the fog
