Transmittance Preview is not getting updated on Resetting Foliage and Skin
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project in HDRP Template
2. Click on Project > Settings > Foliage > Inspector > Burger button > Reset
Expected Result: Transmittance Preview should be updated
Actual Result: Transmittance Preview is not updated on resetting
Note: Same goes with Skin also
Reproducible in:2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16 with Package Version 9.0.0-preview.33, 8.2.0, 8.1.0, 8.0.1
Working fine on: Reset button is disabled in 2019.4.4f1 with Package version: 7x series
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15
