[HDRP] "Shutter Speed" dropdown text is clipped when "1/Second" option is selected from Camera in the Inspector
"Shutter Speed" dropdown text is clipped when "1/Second" option is selected from the "Physical" component under Camera in the Inspector, refer screenshot.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new Project with HDRP Template
2. Select "Main Camera" in the Hierarchy
3. Inspector > Camera > Physical
4. Select "1/Second" option from "Shutter Speed"
Actual Result:
"Shutter Speed" dropdown text is clipped when "1/Second" option is selected
Expected Result:
"Shutter Speed" dropdown text doesn't clip and clearly visible
Note: "Shutter Speed" feature is introduced in 2019.3.0a3
