[HDRP] Running "fix all" on pipeline wizard after creating and setting render pipeline asset fails and stops post processing
Does not reproduce in 8.3.1
Reproduces in 10.2.2 and above
Repro steps:
1. Create an new empty 3D Project
2. Add HDRP to the project
3. Create a new HDRP pipeline asset
4. Go to project settings -> graphics and assign it
5. Open Window -> Render Pipeline -> HD Render Pipeline Wizard
6. Click "Fix All"
Expected result: all of the problems will be fixed and you will be left with all green check marks
Actual result: some of the problems will remain unfixed and the default post processing effects will no longer work
