[SRP] RenderPipelineManager.currentPipeline is null for the first few frames of playmode
Steps to repro:
1. open HDRP project
2. download and put the attached script in project
3. add the script as a mono behaviour to a gameobject
4. enter playmode
5. pause or quit playmode and check console
Expected: value of RenderPipelineManager.currentPipeline is always the same during playmode
Actual: it changes to the real value after 4 frames
Repro: 2020.2.0a20 + HDRP 10.0.0-preview.27, 2020.2.0a17 + HDRP 8.2.0

This is not fixed in Unity 6 / URP 17.0.3.
GraphicsSettings.currentRenderPipeline works as an alternative.
