[HDRP] Remove or fix the Multiply directional light by Pi script
We have this script that multiplies the Directional light by PI, do we still have a purpose for it? If not we could remove it. Also remove it from HDRP wizard
If we still have a use for it, then we need to keep it but also fix it so it updates the UI light intensity too (see the video)
