[HDRP] Recorder crops the view of images and videos when recording a Targeted Camera with Dynamic Resolution enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “dynamicresolution_issue” project
2. Open the OutdoorsScene
3. Open the Recorder window (Window > General > Recorder > Recorder Window)
4. Press the “Add Recorder” button, select “Image Sequence”
5. Set the “Source” field of the Image Sequence to “Targeted Camera” and the “Camera” field to “MainCamera”
6. Press the “Start Recording” button, then “Stop Recording” after a few seconds
7. Navigate to the Recordings folder (dynamicresolution_issue > Recordings) and observe how the recorded images are cropped
Expected result: The recorded images are not cropped
Actual result: The recorded images are cropped when dynamic resolution is below 100%
Reproducible in: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
