[HDRP] Planar Probe Preview does not have any settings sliders.
Version tested: 2019.3.0f6 + 7.2.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start a new HDRP template
2) Create a new empty object, add Planar Reflection Probe component to it
3) Observe that preview has no sliders (Exposure, Mip levels)
Expected behavior: should be the same as Reflection Probes. Without the Exposure slider preview is completely unusable.
