[HDRP] Physically Based Sky update mode not working properly
I have tried On Change and Realtime every 5 frames modes on PB sky. When changing properties often the sky does not refresh until hovering something with the mouse. In my video I force the refresh by looking at the tooltip. I have Always Refresh on
Reproduction:
1) Open HDRP outdoor scene
2) Add a cube
3) In Physically based sky, override Horizont Tint
4) Disable the override
5) Optionally: hover mouse over parameters
Expected: Results are visible on Change
Actual: You need to force the change with mouse hovering, very annoying
Additional notes: This case looks similar to this, but I think it's a bug. I have 8 bounces but no matter how long will I wait, the result only refreshes when I move my mouse over things in the inspector.
