[HDRP][Pathtracer] Building Asset Bundles with Denoiser package cannot be built in 32 bits architecture

Repro steps :
- Open attached project
- Select Asset > Build Asset Bundles
- Wait a few seconds
Expected : Asset bundles should be built
Result : Error in console
Environment :
- Windows 10
- Unity 2023.2.0a15
- HDRP 16.0.1
