[HDRP] Multiple Exceptions are thrown on Loading HDRP Asset when Fix All button is clicked under HDRP+DXR
Selecting "Not now" from "Changing editor Graphics device" popup which appears on selecting Fix All from loaded "HDRenderPipelineAsset" causes Editor to throw multiple exceptions, refer attached video and Exception.docx
Note: If the Restart button is selected from "Changing editor Graphics device" pop up then editor get restarted without any exception is thrown in the console
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
3. Edit > Project Settings > Graphics > Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings > None
4. Window > Render Pipeline > HD Render Pipeline Wizard
5. HDRP+DXR > Fix All > Load HDRenderingPipelineAsset > Load One
6. Changing editor Graphics device > Not now
Actual Result:
On loading HDRenderingPipelineAsset under when "Fix All" button is selected in "HD Render Pipeline Wizard" Then it causes the editor to trow multiple exceptions if "Not now" is selected from "Changing editor Graphics device"
Expected Result:
HDRenderingPipelineAsset gets load gracefully

2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16, 2019.4.3f1, 2019.3.15f1 with Package Version 9.0.0-preview.33, 8.1.0, 8.0.1, 7.4.1, 7.3.1.
