[HDRP] Missing keyword in Shader Graphs
Steps to reproduce
1) Create an empty HDRP template
2) Create a lit SG
3) Check generated code and observe "WRITE_DECAL_BUFFER" is not defined anywhere
Note: it is done correctly in Lit shader but not in SG generated ones
