[HDRP] [Metal] Tiled artefacts when using DRS
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new HDRP Sample project
2. Enable Project Settings -> Quality -> HDRP -> Rendering -> Dynamic Resolution
3. Enable "Force Screen Percentage"
4. Change "Forced Screen Percentage" setting to 50
5. Enter Play mode
6. Walk towards the dark corridor area
7. Observe the area
Expected result: No artifacts can be seen around the wall edges
Actual result: White artefacts can be seen around the wall edges
Reproducible with: 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3
Reproducible on: macOS 15.2 (M1 Max), macOS Unknown version (M2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The issue is reproducible with all upscale filters
