[HDRP][Metal] The fog in SkyFogTest doesn't affect the cubes, they are not disappearing as you are going further away
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the linked project (or set up a project for HDRP usage from https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/ScriptableRenderPipeline)
2. Make sure Metal Support for editor is enabled
3. Open 'SkyFogTest' scene
4. Hit Play
5. Navigate further from the red cubes, they should be disappearing in the fog
6. Notice that the all the cubes are still clearly visible no matter how far you move away (see screenshots)
Same happens if you build that scene with Metal graphics API.
