[HDRP] Mesh filter warnings in HDRP material sample project. They appear on first time open and every time you enter playmode
1) Download HDRP materials sample project via Package manager
2) Open the MaterialSamples scene
3) Notice warnings. If no warnings are present, enter playmode.
Note: We should probably add the required components and save the scene if theyre necessary. However weird thing is that the warning says "adding component" but it is never actually added

Resolution Note:
This is an issue with TextMeshPro requiring an update for unity 2020 and not something we can control or fix within the HDRP package
