Error message text overflows in HD Render Pipeline Wizard

Steps to Create:

1. Create a new Project with 3D Template
2. Open Package Manager window
3. Find High Definition RP and click install
4. Open Window > Render Pipeline > HD Render Pipeline Wizard

Expected Result:
Error message text appears aligned and wrapped

Actual Result:
Error message text overflows

Reproducible on: 2019.3.0b8, 2019.3.0b7

Working fine on: 2020.1.0a10, 2019.3.0b4, 2019.0b5

Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
