[HDRP] HDRP/Unlit material has empty Refraction Inputs section
Versions tested: 2020.1.0a15 + 8.0.0, 2019.3.0f1 + 7.1.6
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project or create an HDRP/Unlit material and switch it to Transparent mode
2) In inspector observe that it has Refraction inputs
Expected result:
Should be Transparency inputs and they should contain distortion settings
