HDRP Hair Material Shader "Physical" and "Physical cinematic" do not receive Indirect Light when it comes from APV
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-102827.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Open the Game view
4. Observe the two Spheres
5. Select the “Global Volume” GameObject from the Hierarchy
6. In the Inspector, change the “Indirect Diffuse Lighting Multiplier” value to any other
7. Observe the two Spheres again
Expected result: Both Spheres' lighting changes when the value is modified
Actual result: The Sphere on the right (with hair shader) does not react to light
Reproducible with: 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.5f1, 6000.2.0b3
Couldn’t test with: 2022.3.62f1 (APV not supported)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
