Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project in HDRP Template
Expected Result: The project should be open without any warnings
Actual Result: "Generated inconsistent result for asset" warnings appeared for assets
Reproducible on: Package Version 12.0.0 on 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.0a4
Working fine on: Package Version 11.0.0 on 2021.2.0a3, 2021.1.1f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15
