[HDRP] Errors are thrown continuously on changing material under "Decal Projector (Script)" component
On selecting different material from "Decal Projector (Script)" throws errors continuously (Material doesn't have a float or range property '_DrawOrder'

Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
2. Upgrade High Definition RP Package to 7.1.7
3. Hierarchy > Create > Rendering > Decal Projector
4. Inspector > Decal Projector > Material > Select different Material
Actual Result:
Errors are thrown continuously
Expected Result:
Material get selected without throwing any errors
Tested on Unity version:
2020.1.0a18, 2019.3.0f5
Note: Unable to check on 7.1.2 because this package version was broken

Package working fine version: 7.1.1, 7.0.0
