[HDRP] Empty template starts with incorrect Physically Based Sky (incorrect exposure in later frames)
Reproduces on: 6000.0.22f1
Tested on: M2 MBPro, Windows 11
Steps to reproduce:
- Simply create a new empty HDRP template
- Wait till editor loads, observe -dark ground tint- (incorrect exposure)
- Enter playmode, leave
- Observe the PB sky looks correct now
