[HDRP] Editor throws errors when Custom Pass DrawRenderersCustomPass is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case1260303.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Leave Play Mode
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors in the Console window
Actual result: Error "RenderTexture.Create failed" is being spammed in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b13, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18 (only reproducible with 9.0.0-preview.33)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0b12
Cannot test with: 2018.4.24f1 (earliest HDRP package with Custom Pass not available)
Reproducible with package versions: 9.0.0-preview.33
Not reproducible with package versions: 7.1.8, 9.0.0-preview.13
Cannot test with package versions: 4.10.0-preview, 7.1.7 (Custom Pass introduced in 7.1.8)
