[HDRP] Editor freezes on changing Planar reflection resolution to 16384
Editor freezes on changing Planar reflection resolution to 16384.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new HDRP Project.
2. Hierarchy > Right Click > Light > Planar Reflection.
3. Capture Settings > Resolution > Planar Reflection Resolution to 16384.
Actual Result:
Editor freezes on changing Planer reflection resolution to 16384.
Expected Result:
Editor should not freeze on changing the resolution.
Reproducible in:
2020.2.0a10, 2020.1.0b8, 2019.3.2f1 with Package Version: 9.0.0, 8.1.0, 8.0.1, 7.3.1.
Environment:
Occurring only on Windows 10.

Resolution Note:
Checked and the editor does not freeze, it's just very very slow (less than a frame every 10 sec) because of the rendering of the planar probe and the memory we allocate.
Because the RTHandle system scales all the auto sized allocated render texture to the max viewport of the camera, all the buffer we use in HDRP ends up being in 16k which makes a lot of memory (more than 30Gb).
Postponed to see if we can do something when rendergraph is available (in terms of memory optimization).
