[HDRP] Double camera preview
Version tested: 2022.1.0a1 + HDRP from packman
Steps to reproduce:
1) Simply open HDRP template with latest Unity
2) Select any camera
3) Observe double preview
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a21
Note: Does not reproduce on Builtin and URP
