[HDRP] Creating an HDRP Asset on new 3D Project fails and throws error
Occurs on Master (16cf93639d)
Doesn't occur on SRP2Core version packaged with Version: 2021.2.0a13.1875
Repro steps:
1. Create a new 3D Project
2. Add HDRP to the project
3. Try to create a new HDRP Pipeline asset
Expected result: it works
Actual result: it fails, and throws a Null Reference Exception
Workaround: create a pipeline asset through the HDRP Pipeline Wizard
