[HDRP] Console error when selecting SRP Lens Flare asset
Repro steps :
- Open any hdrp project
- Get Lens Flare Sample from the HDRP Package Manager Sample Tab
- Open Any scene
- Select a light with a flare and/or select its asset
Expected : Inspector should show
Result : Console errors
Need to check if it reproes in previous versions
Environment :
- Windows 10
- Unity 2023.2.0a12
- HDRP 16.0.1

This issue is also present in 2022.3.6 and 2022.3.7. This currently renders lens flares functionless in the editor for you cannot set up any new lens flare asset for the according component
