[HDRP][Compositor][STW-21.1] Updating an HDRP project with enabled compositor results in loss of compositor configuration.
Updating (from the package manager) an HDRP project with enabled compositor from v10.0 to v10.2.2 results in loss of compositor configuration (the sublayer is missing from the Render Schedule).
