[HDRP] ColorPicker Debug mode not following the mouse cursor correctly
Version tested: 2022.2.0a3 + master
Reproduces on Windows and Mac
Steps to repro:
1) Simply create any HDRP scene
2) Go to Rendering Debugger / Rendering and activate any color picker modes
3) Move mouse around
4) Observe that text doesn't follow mouse correctly
5) Also note that text font size is super small. We should either make it bigger or allow user to set font size.
