HDRP Bloom effect creates artifacts on the object's contour when "Main Camera" is selected and when Render Graph is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project from "TestBloomWithUseRenderGraphOption.zip"
2. Open Scene "TestBloomWithUseRenderGraphOption"
3. Check that "Use Render Graph" is unchecked in Project Settings > HDRP default settings
4. Select "Main Camera" in Hierarchy
5. Hover the mouse over the sphere in Scene and Game Views
Expected result: No flickering appears of the halo on the sphere's contour
Actual result: Flickering artifacts appear when hovering over the sphere
Reproducible with: 10.3.2 - 10.6.0 (2020.3.0f1 - 2020.3.15f2)
Couldn't test with: 11.0.0, 12.0.0 (2021.1.0a10 - 2022.1.0a4) (No Render Graph option, could be fixed)
Note:
1. Does not reproduce if Render Graph is enabled
