[HDRP APV] Bricks appear in empty spaces when zooming out
While zooming out
Repro:
1) Download project https://github.com/iM0ve/Spotlight-HDRP/tree/APV
2) Replace the scene file with the attached in fogbuz
3) Load main scene
4) Add day
5) Optionally align view with Camera (4)
6) Enable Cell&brick view debug modes (realtime)
7) Zoom in and out
no need to bake lighting
Result: Bricks are sometimes visible in empty areas (no geometry)
Expected: There should be no bricks in empty areas
branch: apv-staging2
